Microsoft first introduced an operating environment named Windows in November 1985 as an add-on to MS-DOS in response to the growing interest in graphical user interfaces (GUIs). Windows is a family of products ranging from Mobile devices, desktop computers and Servers.
One of the things that may frustrate Windows system administrators when moving to windows 7 is the "Offer Support" option is not in help and support anymore. If you are looking for the old way of typing in an IP address or Hostname remote assistance in windows 7 you use:
%windir%\system32\msra.exe /offerra
If you want to have link (so you don't have to keep typing that), create a new shortcut and paste that command into the shortcut.
